By downloading, registering, or using GRUV, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

GRUV offers e‑hailing, parcel delivery, and related mobility services through various vehicle categories (sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, vans, panel vans, and bakkies).

3. User Responsibilities

• Riders: Must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, respect drivers, and comply with safety precautions.
• Drivers: Must maintain valid licenses, roadworthy vehicles, and follow traffic laws and GRUV’s operational policies.
• Businesses: Must comply with GRUV’s parcel and delivery guidelines.

4. Payments & Fees

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and category.
• Riders agree to pay the fare displayed before or during the trip.
• Drivers agree to remit company commission after settlement, as per GRUV’s cash-in-hand policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Riders and drivers may cancel trips using preset cancellation reasons.
• Cancellation fees may apply, depending on timing and circumstances.
• Refunds are processed according to GRUV’s policies and applicable law.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Riders and drivers must follow GRUV’s safety precautions.
• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will result in account suspension or termination.

7. Data & Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in line with GRUV’s Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

GRUV is not liable for delays, accidents, or damages beyond its reasonable control. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of GRUV.

9. Changes to Terms

GRUV may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
